Violation of festival rules or disrespectful behavior toward others may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Photo and Video Consent

By entering the event site, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such material by the organizer for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Unauthorized Access

Access to neighboring private properties is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion without refund.

7. Instructions from Staff

Visitors must comply with all instructions given by security or event staff.

8. Prohibited Items

The possession of illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items is strictly prohibited on festival grounds.

9. Anti-Discrimination

Discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will lead to expulsion.

Tickets are valid only for the designated event period. Leaving the event early does not entitle you to a partial refund.

Visitors must adhere to local noise regulations and respect nearby residents. Violations may result in removal from the event.

18. Camping and Accommodation

Camping is only permitted in designated areas and at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for damage or theft on campsites.

19. Hygiene

All visitors must comply with festival hygiene rules and dispose of waste in designated containers.

20. Alcohol and Drug Use

Excessive alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited. Persons visibly under the influence may be removed from the festival grounds.

21. Jurisdiction and Severability
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the organizer’s registered office. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
